No. Your documents are read only to extract your data for you — not to train systems, not to share. Your numbers are nobody else's business.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the email link. If you have MFA on, you'll confirm a code from your authenticator during the reset — that's the lock doing its job.

If "trust this device" is still active, just sign in and set up a new authenticator in Settings. Lost access completely? Email help@reclaimday.com — once we've checked it's really you, we remove the old factor so you can enrol a fresh one.

It lets you skip the MFA code for 30 days on a device you own, so logging in is quick without lowering your guard on new or unknown devices. Great for your own laptop — not the library computer.

In your panel under Privacy / GDPR: one click for a full export, and a separate action to permanently delete your account and all its data. No "are you really sure?" guilt-trip maze.
